In July 2003 I qualified at the college of Craniosacral Therapy (CCST). I also am a member of the Craniosacral Therapy Association (CSTA) who role is to maintain professional standards of practice and continuous professional development (CPD) training.

Although I am a Craniosacral Therapist, over the past twenty years I have studied and qualified in many different holistic therapies, some being massage, yoga and teaching mindfulness. I have also worked in a variety of settings including, the educational sector and private practice. My role was working with people who have physical and complex needs or challenging behaviour issue, as well as engaging young people with emotional and social difficulties.

My approach to healing work is holistic and my aim is to help people feel better as quickly as possible and with minimal intervention. Over the years and through my training I have developed a sensitive awareness of the body and the role it plays in a person’s mental, emotional and physical well-being. I love to work with the body’s own natural ability to re-balance and heal itself. With Craniosacral Therapy I am able to help people feel more comfortable within their own skin. I use a gentle touch, body awareness and education, all of which opens the door to more resilience, awareness and well-being.
